A redesign and remodel of a classic Victorian in Glen Park. The foundation was substantially upgraded to add a bottom level of living space. The ceiling of the upper floor was vaulted to create 16’ high ceilings with large scale skylights to filter in natural light. A variance was granted to further expand the outdoor decks to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience.
