A new build in Noe Valley. The residence features a reverse floor plan to capture the downtown skyline views. The interior was inspired by Dutch modern design. The use of white oak floors, stained wood, oversized glazing, architectural metal details and plastered walls set the tone of the home. European lighting, imported stone, Cocoon bathrooms and Henrybuilt millwork ground the space.
