Residence 363

A complete rebuild of a historic 1890 Victorian home located in the center of Noe Valley. The historic facade was kept in tact while excavating below and adding a garage and living level that opens to the rear garden. A vertical and horizontal addition were also incorporated in the design. The interior was inspired and designed around dutch classic design principles. The use of lye finished Dinesen floors, plastered walls, European lighting, imported stone, and thin divided light window / door systems help create an interior that is minimal yet warm and inviting.
