A ground up build on a corner lot in Dolores Heights. The design utilized the corner lot setbacks to achieve a 4400 sq ft home on a relatively small lot. Each of the 4 levels incorporated outdoor space and large spans of European glazing with integrated cedar screens. Finishes included Rixson pivot door systems, Dinesen floors, CEA tap ware, Boffi millwork and Smart home technology.
